Atria Web Solutions provides services including but not limited to: website development, web design, SEO, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, API integrations, WhatsApp marketing, CMS development, custom software solutions, and related consulting services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and approvals required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect project timelines.
All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice. Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation. Reasonable revisions are included as per the project scope. Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed. Atria Web Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
We may integrate third-party tools, APIs, hosting, payment gateways, or marketing platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party unless required by law.
Atria Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. No refunds will be provided for work already completed or payments already made.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
